British Sign Language Interpreter
£48,665 to £49,831 (£39,198 to £41,137 pro‑rata) – 35 hours per week, term time only (temporary contract until May 2028). Start date: September 2026.
Responsibilities
Provide British Sign Language interpretation for Deaf/Hard of Hearing students in a Sixth Form setting, ensuring full linguistic access to the curriculum, social environment, and extracurricular activities. Act as a linguistic bridge between the student, peers, and academic staff.
