We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in Letham Park Care Home for 33.75 or 45 hours. Night Shift.
As a Nurse, you will support residents' clinical needs and promote emotional and social wellbeing, encouraging a person‑centred approach. You will lead care planning, implement and evaluate care through our Nourish platform, document and report accurately, and mentor junior staff to ensure confidence and skill. Medication administration will be carried out with utmost care, following procedures to keep residents safe. Above all, you will promote independence and help residents live purposefully and maintain meaningful connections.
Requirements
* Qualified Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
* Strong knowledge of professional care standards and the NMC code of conduct.
* Awareness of Health and Safety procedures required for nurses.
* Experience in a similar role, leading a multi‑disciplinary team, and acting as Nurse in Charge preferred.
