This is a permanent, full‑time position working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 08:00 - 16:00, with flexibility required during peak periods. The role offers an annual salary up to £27,000.00 depending on skills and experience.
Tasks and responsibilities
* Responsible for ensuring UK sites, equipment, and building services operate to Bleckmann standards, coordinating contractors and maintenance activities, and maintaining compliance with legal and internal requirements.
* Support Senior Facilities Coordinators to keep sites fully operational.
* Coordinate planned maintenance, cleaning, waste, and recycling services.
* Schedule contractors and manage inductions and documentation.
* Maintain RAMS, permits, and compliance records.
* Keep facilities trackers updated and escalate issues promptly.
* Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Assist with ordering supplies, payment processes, and new supplier set‑up.
Profile
* Experience in facilities coordination (multi‑site preferred).
* Practical, flexible, and solutions‑focused approach.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Able to multitask and prioritise effectively.
* Awareness of compliance legislation.
* Basic understanding of HVAC/electrical/plumbing (beneficial).
* Experience in similar roles.
