Senior Care Assistant - Nights

Nights shifts – 30 hours per week, including alternate weekends
£14.25 per hour
About the role
Are you kind, compassionate and committed? We would love for you to join our care team at our residential home, The Malthouse. Specialising in residential support for the elderly, The Malthouse is a traditional building with a quirky and charming interior set in beautiful grounds with a courtyard and a private rear garden. Inside the home is a warm and homely atmosphere, and you\'ll be greeted by a care team who pride themselves on friendliness and caring.
What would a typical day look like?
* Providing personal care (hygiene, washing, dressing, etc.)
* Providing companionship and social interaction
* Maintaining accurate resident records
* Administering prescribed medication and updating medication charts as applicable
* Supporting and leading our existing care team
Requirements
Whether you are an experienced senior care assistant or are ready to take your first step into a senior role, we will provide you with a thorough induction and training programme to further develop your skills along with the support and guidance of a well-established team who truly value their colleagues.
