The Role:
* Support the promotion of a positive Health & Safety culture across the business
* Assist with site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company procedures
* Help prepare and review Risk Assessments and safe systems of work
* Work with site managers to promote best practice and safe behaviours
* Assist in identifying training needs and sourcing appropriate courses
