The role focuses on building trust, supporting emotional regulation, and helping pupils succeed both in and out of the classroom. Applicants with backgrounds in sports coaching, psychology, youth work, or specialist SEMH provisions are encouraged to apply. Training in Positive Handling, Team Teach, MAPA or similar approaches will be highly valued.
