Front Office Coordinator/Personal Assistant

We are seeking a Front Office Coordinator to join our friendly team on a part-time basis (2.5 days per week). In this key position, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operation of our practice. You’ll help achieve our business goals by maintaining exceptional patient service standards, supporting our clinical team, and managing administrative processes that keep our practice running seamlessly.
Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the appointment book to ensure optimal scheduling and workflow
* Perform financial administration, including patient accounts and practice banking
* Oversee front office operations and maintain smooth patient flow
* Handle patient communications and liaise with laboratories
* Carry out personal assistant duties for the principal as required
* Create and manage practice content using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Canva, and Instagram
* Maintain high levels of patient satisfaction through exceptional service and communication
* Complete general administrative and miscellaneous duties as needed
Qualifications
* Previous experience in dental or medical reception (essential)
* Proficiency with dental software such as D4W/D4Web
* Strong understanding of dental terminology and clinical processes (preferred)
