What You’ll Be Doing
* Oversee the daily running of the practice, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
* Lead and support your team, nurturing a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
* Maintain compliance with CQC and healthcare regulations.
* Monitor and drive business performance including KPIs and targets.
* Support patient engagement and satisfaction through excellent service.
* Support with recruitment, onboarding and training for practice staff.
* Work closely with clinical teams to support exceptional standards of care.
Skills and Experience We’re Looking For
* Experience as a Practice Manager (or similar leadership role in healthcare/dentistry).
* Strong understanding of CQC and healthcare compliance standards.
* Confident leader with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
* Excellent organisation, communication and problem‑solving skills.
* Commercial awareness and ability to manage practice performance.
* A team‑focused, patient‑first mindset.
