Customer Service & Operations Support Banbridge Part-Time, Rotating Rota Contract until 31st December 2026 A leading multi-brand retail and services company is seeking a highly organised and motivated Customer Service & Operations Support professional to join their team on a temporary basis. The Role In this dual-function position, youll play a key role in both customer support and operational efficiency, working within a friendly, supportive team. The role involves handling customer and client communications, managing support tickets, processing refunds, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in partnership with internal teams and external sites.
