Overview
Senior Health and Safety Consultant – Home based – covering London and South East.
Responsibilities
* Attend client sites to conduct Health & Safety risk assessments and audits.
* Provide bespoke Health and Safety documentation and management systems to clients.
* Carry out and create specific client risk assessments.
* Prepare Health & Safety Management reports.
* Identify client requirements through surveying premises and conducting safety audits.
* Advise, guide and coach personnel on the implementation of company procedures.
* Ensure needs and expectations are met in accordance with contracted services.
* Advise on current occupational Health & Safety and environmental legislation.
* Perform audits and inspections of health & safety practices across the business.
* Provide client training on service delivery and use of the Health and Safety management system.
* Offer expertise in a multi‑site environment.
Qualifications
* Experience in a consultancy environment.
* NEBOSH or IOSH qualification.
* Recognised Fire qualification (preferred).
* Excellent communication and people skills with a can‑do approach.
* Adaptability and teamwork capabilities.
Benefits
* Annual salary £40,000 – £55,000.

* Residential working schedule: 1–2 days at home per week with regional travel across London and the South East.
