Main Responsibilities
* Drive sales of humidification and dehumidification systems within a designated UK region.
* Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, consultants, contractors, and end-users.
* Conduct site surveys, prepare technical quotations, and deliver CPD seminars.
* Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/SAP.
* Identify cross-selling opportunities and stay informed about competitors.
* Attend sales meetings, trade shows, and contribute to business reviews.
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and quality standards.
Essential Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in the HVAC industry (e.g., air handling units, HVAC controls, air conditioning equipment).
* Strong negotiation and communication skills, including active listening and objection handling.
* Excellent time management, planning, and prioritization abilities.
* Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook) and CRM experience.
* Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English (Grade A–C).
* Commercial and technical knowledge of relevant products and applications.
* Awareness of social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) for sales purposes.
* Willingness to travel long distances and occasionally work away from home.
* Clean driving licence.
Desirable Qualifications
* Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Membership in a professional body (e.g., Institute of Sales and Marketing).
* Good knowledge of psychometrics and application design.
