Hours

37.5 hours per week; 9.00am - 5.30pm. Hybrid working available with 2 days from home and 3 days in our office near East Croydon Station.

Key Responsibilities

* Event and experiential planning and execution.
* Actively seeking opportunities to build the brand across multiple channels.
* Raise the profile of the brand through development of active marketing strategies and communication programmes in line with business objectives.
* Supplier/Agency relationship management.
* Support in the development and upkeep of Company Websites.
* Develop, manage and monitor social media forums and activity to generate interest.
* Creation of internal and external literature to promote the brand.
* Monitoring and reviewing sales and marketing campaigns and materials.
* Collaborating with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy.
* Providing administrative support to the marketing manager and senior mobile manager.
* Maintaining good collaborative working relationships with key partners, both internal and external, to support shared objectives.
* Managing budgets and accurately accounting for all spend across the activities you are responsible for delivering.
* Undertake additional tasks as required within capabilities.
* Be the voice of customers and help the organization live the brand purpose, inspiring a customer‑first culture across the O+O platform.

* Experience developing and implementing complex, multi‑variant, personalised campaigns, especially in direct mail and email.
