HR Admin Team Lead - 4 days per week on site. The HR Admin Team Lead will be responsible for a team of 4 and will oversee the development of the team, providing training where required. You will be the first point of contact for all escalated HR and payroll related queries, so strong customer service skills are essential. You will liaise with payroll on a daily basis to ensure all HR and payroll information is submitted and processed so a high level of attention to detail is key. You will support the Head of Transactional HR looking at initiatives, project management and driving improvement and change. You will be fully up to date with company policies and procedures and will produce and review Group wide documentation.
