A highly regarded primary school in Southwark is looking for a dedicated and passionate Year 3 Teacher to join their team as soon as possible. Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum for Year 3.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing targeted support and constructive feedback.
* Foster a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere that promotes student well-being and achievement.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to enhance pupil learning.
* Uphold high standards of behaviour and academic performance in the classroom.

Person Specification
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* A degree in Education or a related field.
* Previous experience teaching in KS2, preferably within Year 3.
* Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective assessment strategies.
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
* A commitment to creating an engaging, inclusive learning environment.
* Enthusiasm for professional development and working collaboratively with others.
