Ward Manager - Therapeutic Support Service
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Band 7 Ward Manager for the Therapeutic Support Service, who is keen to maximise their management and clinical skills in a complex environment.
Applications are invited from persons with a Nursing Degree or RMN with relevant experience and registered with the NMC.
Responsibilities
* Support the Matron to provide high quality care for individuals with associated complex health needs.
* Lead and motivate team members, demonstrating strong management, interpersonal and communication skills.
* Work flexibly within a team across a complex environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Meets all essential criteria as per attached job description/person specification.
* Meets all desirable criteria as per attached job description/person specification.
* Nursing Degree or RMN with relevant experience, registered with the NMC.
