Reporting to the family owners and aligned with BGL's strategic objectives, the GM will drive the execution of an ambitious vision, including new indoor and outdoor padel courts, a wellness gym and relaxation suite, a reimagined food and beverage offer, and a fully refurbished clubhouse.
This senior strategic leader will guide heads of department, champion sustainability and Net Zero goals, strengthen member and community engagement, and ensure exceptional operational, financial, and commercial performance.
