You'll be involved in developing, delivering and supporting features from start to finish within the full range of our products and engineering services. You will be well supported from each and every employee within the company as you grow into your new career. Our apprenticeships offer a great opportunity for candidates looking to build a successful and rewarding career in engineering. What skills will I learn?\n\nWe pride ourselves on offering our apprentices learning and development opportunities that will support your progress in a stable and technically challenging environment. Through a structured training plan we will enable you to achieve both career progression and your goal of achieving a professional recognised engineer status in the future. You will undertake a Graduate Apprenticeship BEng Engineering Design & Manufacture work-based degree with our University Partner, Glasgow Caledonian University commencing in September 2026 for 4 years You should have a passion for a future career in engineering and see this as a wonderful opportunity to work and study through the next 4 years and beyond. We are looking for a good communicator and team player. Someone with excellent listening skills with energy, drive and initiative.\nStandard entry for new employees applying directly from school: SQA Higher: BBCC including Maths, plus Nat 5 English at C. We accept selected Foundation Apprenticeships, in combination with SQA Highers, for entry to our degree programmes. Your Foundation Apprenticeship will take the place of one SQA Higher qualification for our standard entry requirements and will be treated as equivalent to a B grade at Higher. Non-Standard entry applicants with prior work experience and professional qualifications there is a possibility to be considered through the universityâs flexible entry system through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). This process allows prospective graduate apprentices to claim\n\ncredit(s) against previously assessed and certificated learning, including informal learning, to be considered and recognised for academic purposes and credit within their programme.\n\n\nStart date: July/August 2026
