Salary: Circa £32,000 (depending on experience)
Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain Power Automate flows (cloud and desktop) to streamline business processes.
* Integrate automation solutions with Microsoft 365 apps, SharePoint, Dynamics, and third-party systems.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify and deliver automation opportunities.
* Ensure all automation solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with Cora Health governance.
* Support and mentor other Developers and Associate Developers within the team.
* Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance performance of live automation solutions.
* Horizon scan for new technologies and innovations that can enhance digital delivery.
You’ll join a friendly, forward-thinking technology team at the heart of Cora Health’s digital transformation, helping us bring automation to life across the organisation.
About You
* Experience building automation using Microsoft Power Automate (cloud and desktop)
* Knowledge of integrating with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics, or APIs
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Ability to balance multiple projects and work in a fast-paced, agile environment
* A passion for innovation and continuous improvement
It Would Also Be Great If You Have
* Experience developing in C#, .NET, or SQL
* Understanding of NHS Information Governance (ISO 27001 or Cyber Essentials)
* Experience with Power BI, Power Apps, or Blue Prism
* A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
