Job Description:

The NOC (Network Operations Centre) Technician provides administrative support to the NOC engineering team, ensuring incident resolution aligns with procedures and contractual KPIs. This role involves working on a 24/7, 365-day shift rota.
What you’ll do:
* Handle incoming calls and emails, responding in line with KPIs.
* Create network incident tickets from customer reports.
* Action Service Requests.
* Assign tickets to support and engineering teams, and other service providers.
* Manage incident tickets with regular updates.
* Coordinate traffic management with providers, control teams, and field resources.
* Communicate network incident updates to customers.
* Coordinate with utility companies regarding power-related network issues.
Who you are:
You have previous experience supporting Enterprise and Service Provider Networks, preferably within a NOC environment.
Key Requirements:
* Experience with 1st Line diagnostics and incident resolution.
* Strong communication skills and ability to liaise across all levels of seniority.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages.
