Job Description
* Provide technical 2nd/3rd line support to users, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related issues.
* Assist in managing and implementing IT projects within the organisation.
* Maintain and update hardware, software, and network systems.
* Collaborate with internal teams to streamline technology processes.
* Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
* Ensure compliance with IT policies and data protection regulations.
* Document technical processes and provide training to staff as required.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT systems and infrastructure.
The Successful Applicant
A successful IT & Project Support Engineer should have:
* A strong understanding of IT systems, including hardware, software, and networking.
* Intune / Entra ID
* Azure
* Office 365
* Active Directory
* Experience in managing technology-related projects effectively.
* Knowledge of IT compliance and data protection standards.
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
* A proactive approach to improving processes and systems.
* Relevant qualifications in technology or a related field.
