Community Care Workers

£13.10 per hour (weekdays) | £14.00 per hour (weekends)

45p per mile | Block Pay | Bonuses | Paid Training | DBS and SCW Registration Covered

It's an exciting time to join Service Direct Limited, a new and ambitious care provider in Pembrokeshire. We are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care that helps individuals live safely and independently in their own homes.

We are looking for caring, dependable, and motivated people to join our growing team of Community Care Workers. Whether you're experienced or new to care, we provide full training, paid induction, and ongoing mentorship to help you thrive in your role.

What We Offer:

* £13.10 per hour weekdays
* £14.00 per hour weekends
* Block pay from the start to the end of your shift (excluding a one-hour unpaid break)
* Mileage paid at 45p per mile, from your first visit to your last

Your Role Will Involve:

* Providing person-centred care and support in people's homes
* Assisting with personal care, meals, medication, and moving and handling
* Promoting independence and offering emotional support
* Following safeguarding procedures and reporting any concerns appropriately
* Working with colleagues, families, social workers, and health professionals to deliver excellent care

We Are Looking For Individuals Who Are:

* Caring, reliable, and motivated to make a difference
* Good communicators who can work independently and as part of a team
* Hold a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
* Available to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
* Experienced in care or new to the sector – full training is provided

Where You'll Work:

We provide care across Pembrokeshire and will do our best to keep you working in your local area.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £13.10-£14.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

* Driving Licence (required)
