We are a multi-attraction Family Entertainment Centre, offering a wide range of interactive experiences including arcade games, bowling lanes, laser tag, karaoke booths, and food & beverage services. We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Technician to join our operations team and take responsibility for maintaining the functionality, safety, and presentation of all equipment and systems throughout the venue. Role Overview: As a Technician, you will be responsible for the technical upkeep of our entertainment attractions and facilities. This includes troubleshooting arcade and gaming machines, maintaining bowling and laser tag systems, responding to operational faults, and supporting general venue maintenance. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring all attractions are fully operational, safe, and guest-ready at all times. Key Responsibilities: Carry out daily checks, inspections, and preventative maintenance on all attractions and equipment Diagnose and repair faults with all attractions within venue Support the setup, calibration, and testing of new equipment and systems Respond to breakdowns and ensure quick, safe resolution with minimal disruption to guests Assist with general venue maintenance including lighting, basic plumbing, and fixture repairs Maintain records of maintenance activities and comply with health & safety regulations Work closely with the operations team to support smooth daily running of the centre Candidate Profile: Previous experience in a technical or maintenance role within a leisure, entertainment, or hospitality setting preferred Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Basic knowledge of electrical systems and mechanical repairs (formal qualifications desirable but not essential) Comfortable working with tools and following safety procedures Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage time effectively Flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate or salary (based on experience) Opportunities for training and upskilling A dynamic and varied working environment Staff benefits including discounts on food, attractions, and entertainment packages The chance to be part of a supportive, energetic, and forward-thinking team How to Apply: Please submit your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your technical experience by clicking 'Apply' .
