We are seeking a motivated, creative, and ambitious public health practitioner to join our team and help develop the future Public Health workforce.
The successful candidate will work within our public health team in the Directorate of Allied and Public Health at the School of Health and Society. As the first university in the country to develop the Public Health Practitioner degree apprenticeship, we are now looking to expand our team. The role involves delivering modules such as Health Protection, Designing, Developing and Evaluating Health Improvement Programmes, and Commissioning, as well as supporting master's students with dissertations.
This is a 0.5 FTE role (2.5 days per week), for a 3-year fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will have opportunities for career development within an innovative, progressive, and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a range of teaching materials and modules, including marking and assessment.
* Work with learners and apprentices to develop their knowledge, skills, and behaviors for working in public health.
* Collaborate with colleagues across the School to share best practices and enhance the student experience and public health programs.
* Promote equality and diversity among students and staff, maintaining an inclusive and supportive environment.
* Provide academic and pastoral support to learners.
