Daily Rate: £85–£100 (depending on experience)
Supply Desk is delighted to be partnering with a welcoming and well-regarded Primary School in Watford, currently seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team from September on a full-time, long-term basis.

The Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver targeted support across Key Stage 1, depending on your experience and the specific needs of the pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting tailored interventions in literacy, numeracy, and social/emotional development
Assisting in the implementation and monitoring of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)
Promoting positive behaviour and active participation in lessons
Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils and staff
Adapting resources to suit individual learning needs
Tracking and reporting progress to the class teacher
Helping to maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
Experience working with children, preferably in a Primary school setting
A calm, patient, and nurturing approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A flexible and proactive mindset
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
