The Role:
Are you a curious, strategic thinker with a passion for connecting exceptional talent to exciting opportunities? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment where your sourcing skills make a real impact? If so, we want to hear from you!
As a Proactive Talent Sourcer, you’ll be at the forefront of our talent acquisition strategy, identifying and engaging top-tier passive candidates across two key streams:
* Live Requisition Support: Deliver high-quality candidates for hard-to-fill roles where traditional channels fall short.
* Strategic Talent Community Building: Create forward-looking talent pipelines aligned with future hiring needs and predictive demand plans.
You’ll work closely with our Recruiters, acting as a brand ambassador and trusted advisor. This is a hands-on, insight-led role where your ability to build trust and drive conversion will be key.
What you’ll be doing:
* Craft and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM, and niche platforms.
* Build persona-led approaches tailored to candidate motivations and career drivers.
* Engage authentically with candidates across email, phone, and social channels.
* Deliver consultative conversations to assess interest, fit, and alignment.
* Collaborate with recruiters to convert pipeline talent into shortlist-ready candidates.
* Present candidates with context, including career fit and market positioning.
* Champion inclusive sourcing practices and maintain balanced pipelines.
* Share market insights and hiring intelligence to shape strategy.
* Maintain warm talent communities for future hiring success.
Skills & Experience:
Must Haves:
* Experience working within Professional Business Services or Financial services
* A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to sourcing.
* Comfort working in a hybrid manual-tech environment.
* Strong communication and influencing skills.
* A collaborative spirit and a drive for excellence.
* Curiosity, critical thinking, and a passion for data-informed decision-making.
* Experience using specialist techniques (i.e. Boolean searching) to source candidates through active and passive channels. Proven success in utilising social networking sites to successfully source candidates
* Experience of directly engaging with end-clients
* Experience of working with recruitment systems (i.e. ATS, CRM) and maintaining a high level of data integrity
* Strong stakeholder management skills and experience
* Excellent communications skills
