We are seeking an organised, patient-focused Patient Booker to join the Gynaecology team at New Cross Hospital. This is an on site position supporting the smooth running of patient scheduling within a busy clinical environment.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate patient appointments for the Gynaecology department
* Liaise with clinical teams, admin teams, and patients to ensure efficient scheduling
* Deliver excellent patient communication and customer service
* Maintain accurate records and follow departmental procedures
* Support the wider Gynaecology team with administrative tasks as required
âś… Requirements
* Must be on site at New Cross Hospital (no remote working)
* Experience in Gynaecology is essential either as a Patient Booker, Scheduler, or Healthcare Support Worker with exposure to Gynaecology services
* Strong organisational and communication skills
