What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Managing a portfolio of local residential rental properties Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants Coordinating maintenance, repairs, and property inspections Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and safety regulations Handling tenancy renewals, deposit negotiations, and check-outs Building strong relationships with clients and contractors Keeping accurate records and updating management systems What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Prior experience in residential property management Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Strong customer service focus and problem-solving ability Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented Smart, professional appearance and positive attitude Knowledge of Chippenham and surrounding areas is a plus Full UK driving licence required A professional, committed approach to property lettings What's In It For You?
