About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Employment Solicitor to join a top-tier, well-established team in our clients Birmingham office. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a legal team with a strong focus on delivering high-quality advice to a diverse client base- and with a great reputation that precedes them.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert employment law advice primarily to clients in the healthcare sector.
* Handle a variety of employment law matters, including contracts, disputes, regulatory compliance, and employee relations.
* Work with a range of commercial clients, gaining exposure to different industries and legal challenges.
* Collaborate with internal teams and participate in continuous professional development programs.
About You:
* 1-3 PQE solicitor with demonstrable experience in employment law.
* Strong communication and client management skills.
* Motivated, proactive, and eager to develop expertise, particularly in the health care and commercial sectors. If your experience is outside healthcare or commercial sectors, the firm provides excellent support and training to help you build your expertise.
* Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team environment.
* Manages time and documents carefully, with good attention to detail and strong people skills to build client relationships.
