Project Manager - facilities Management \n\nAugust Start \n\n12 - 18 Months\n\n£350/Day \n\nWe are seeking a Project Manager to deliver a variety of project works on our customer sites throughout the UK. You will have full accountability for managing and delivering multiple projects, with values ranging from £20,000 to £2,000,000. This role reports to the Head of Projects.
\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nManage the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects, from development to completion. \n\nConsult with clients to define project requirements and act as a trusted advisor. \n\nCollaborate with consultants, designers, and sub-contractors to define the scope of works.
\n\nEnsure projects are delivered within agreed budgets and profitability margins. \n\nManage project risks and ensure full compliance with CDM regulations and EQUANS SHEQ practices. \n\nDevelop and manage project programmes, ensuring deadlines are met.
\n\nBuild and maintain strong working relationships with clients, site teams, and internal support functions. \n\nProvide weekly progress updates via the project management system. \n\nThe Ideal Candidate:\n\nEssential:\n\nA minimum of two years of proven Project Management experience in an M&E, FM, construction, or critical environment.
\n\nA recognised technical qualification in management, construction, M or E, or a similar field (or over five years of considerable experience). \n\nCDM awareness. \n\nUnderstanding of commercial awareness and financial metrics.
\n\nAbility to manage both internal and external customers. \n\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills. \n\nMust be able to travel across the UK as required.
\n\nDesirable:\n\nNEBOSH or IOSH Managing Safely/SMSTS qualifications. \n\nA recognised qualification in Project Management. \n\nStrong influencing and negotiation skills.
