Responsibilities
* Provide a knowledgeable and seamless customer experience for all customers that enter the store.
* Continuously maintain clean and tidy stock standards on the shop floor.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and KPI targets by staying knowledgeable on current trends, in‑store promotions, and evolving store processes.
* Drive sales, ensuring targets are achieved and, where possible, exceeded.
* Utilise in‑store devices, offering the customer the whole product range and providing alternatives and add‑on sales at every opportunity.
* Replenish stock levels when needed, ensuring the full‑size range is on the shop floor where possible.
* Ensure product is priced correctly.
* Deputise for other staff, work within departments, or carry out other duties as required.
* Always represent JD Sports in the most professional manner and conduct work in a safe and responsible way.
Role objectives and KPIs
* Provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
* Actively drive sales to support the store in meeting and exceeding its financial goals.
* Ensure the timely and accurate replenishment of stock on the shop floor to maintain optimal product availability.
