This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor looking to build their career within a supportive and progressive environment, gaining exposure to a broad range of high-quality corporate and commercial matters.
The role will involve assisting and advising on matters including:
• Private M&A transactions
• Asset sales and acquisitions
• Corporate reorganisations
• Fundraising matters
• EIS/SEIS investments
• Joint ventures
• Shareholder exits
• Share schemes and shareholders’ agreements
The successful candidate will be commercially minded, eager to develop technically and confident building strong client relationships. The firm is keen to speak with ambitious individuals who are looking to take on responsibility early in their career and develop within a collaborative team.
