You'll manage staff, coordinate with other departments, and control stock and budgets meticulously. Ensuring top-notch food quality and presentation, while maintaining hygiene standards and adhering to UK food safety and health regulations is paramount. You’ll also closely follow client instructions to ensure all requirements are met.
