* Proven experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing, FMCG, or similar high-paced industrial environment
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills, particularly on automated production equipment
* Working knowledge of PLC systems, ideally Siemens S7 and/or Allen-Bradley

* Competent in developing or updating SOPs, Standard Work Instructions (SWIs), and training/learning documents
* Experience using plant optimisation tools such as PDCA, performance analysis, and 5 Whys methodology
* Knowledge of electrical safety regulations, including isolation procedures and permit-to-work systems
* A proactive, safety-first approach to working in compliance with all site policies and procedures

Desirable

* Hands-on experience with servo-driven equipment and/or high-speed packaging lines
* Exposure to utilities systems (e.g., compressed air, chilled water) or process automation technologies
* Basic understanding of microbiology, hygiene practices, or quality control processes relevant to food and beverage production
