We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £26,000 per annum. In addition, we offer and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Ensure all tickets are managed, processed, and tracked in a timely and accurate manner
* Maintain records of personnel-related data in line with retention guidance, ensuring all personnel files contain the relevant information required
* Work closely with peers and colleagues across People Services to oversee and provide appropriate compliance and governance structure to service improvements identifying risks, issues, and consistency
* Maintain and validate data in HR System, including new hires/terminations, transfers, salary/wage changes, benefit deductions/changes, and work locations
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Experience in an HR-related role, if you are working towards CIPD Qualification this would be an added bonus!
* A minimum of 1 years in a shared service environment for a large, complex organisation
* Strong knowledge of employment law, GDPR, and contractual law is essential
* Able to work at pace and demonstrate flexibility, you'll be working in an environment with frequent interruptions, changing tasks and priorities
