Interim Assistant Principal (Behaviour) Opportunity
Panoramic Associates is partnered with a mainstream Secondary school in Buckinghamshire, who require an interim Assistant Vice Principal for the spring term.
The school are looking for an Assistant VP to lead on behaviour across a large school, driving behaviour policies, processes and procedures. You will be working closely with the Head, SENCo and VP to make improvements and prepare the school for their next inspection. You will also be responsible for line managing the Head of Years. The school take a trauma informed approach and would like the interim to either have experience in, or have a strong understanding of SEMH.
The role is to start in January with a possible couple of handover days before Christmas. This is a full-time, non-teaching role and a DBS on the update service is preferable but not essential. For more information please apply below or call Sophie on 07488 889516.
