About the Role
We are experiencing high demand for our services due to further expansion within our existing client base and a portfolio of new accounts and require Contract Recruitment Consultants to support our expansion. Dedicated 360 recruiters are needed to work with well-established teams. At Redline we provide our customers with the best recruitment experience possible and need to expand into a variety of different teams across our business.
Responsibilities
* You should have a demonstrable track record of revenue generation, ideally in the technology sector although this is not essential.
* You should have an eye for detail, be customer oriented and possess excellent communication skills.
* As well as creating the daily environment for success, we offer regular monthly, quarterly and 6-monthly individual and team incentives, including; early finish Friday, Monthly nights out and quarterly target-achievement celebrations.
Qualifications
* Experience in recruitment, preferably in the technology sector.
Required Skills
* Excellent communication skills.

* Attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in a 360 recruitment role.
* Proven track record in revenue generation.
