Description and Requirements
As B2B Channel Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing channel marketing strategies that drive demand, pipeline growth, and partner engagement across the UK & Ireland. Working closely with Sales, EMEA Marketing, and channel partners, this role ensures Lenovo’s B2B portfolio is effectively positioned, promoted, and activated through indirect routes to market.
This role is critical in enabling partners to grow their One Lenovo business through high-impact campaigns, joint marketing plans, and strong go-to-market execution.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Strategy & Planning
1. Develop and execute the UKI B2B channel marketing strategy aligned to regional and EMEA objectives
2. Create annual and quarterly joint business plans with priority channel partners
3. Segment partners and tailor marketing approaches by partner type, capability, and market focus
Partner Marketing & Enablement
4. Design and deliver partner-led demand generation campaigns (digital, events, ABM, promotions)
5. Equip partners with compelling messaging, content, and tools to market Lenovo B2B solutions
6. Drive partner adoption of Lenovo programs, platforms, and marketing funds (MDF)
Campaign & Program Management
7. Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across priority B2B segments (SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise, Public Sector)
8. Coordinate campaign execution across digital, field, and partner channels
9. Manage budgets, timelines, and agency partners to ensure effective delivery
Stakeholder Collaboration
10. Partner closely with Sales stakeholders, Product Marketing, and 4P Category team to align priorities
11. Act as the Partner account marketing lead and influence change
Performance & Reporting
12. Track and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI
13. Use data and insights to optimise campaigns and improve partner marketing effectiveness
14. Continuously test, learn, and refine channel marketing approaches
Skills & Experience
Essential
15. Proven experience in B2B channel or partner marketing, ideally within technology or IT services
16. Strong understanding of indirect sales models and partner ecosystems
17. Experience delivering demand generation and pipeline-driven marketing programs
18. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
19. Strong project management and budget ownership experience
20. Data-driven mindset with experience using marketing performance metrics
Desirable
21. Experience working with global or matrixed organisations
22. Familiarity with MDF management and partner marketing portals
23. Knowledge of B2B technology markets (PCs, infrastructure, solutions, services)
24. Experience across UK & Ireland markets
