Job Description
Priorities:
* Must have SMSTS or advanced supervisor ticket
* Work on site on the tools
* Willing to travel to Fordingbridge SP6
Qualifications
* Proven Supervisory Skills, with the ability to manage and lead scaffolders effectively
* Expertise in Scaffolding operations, including erection, inspection, and maintenance
* Knowledge and experience working with Fall Protection systems and practices
* Proficiency in Dismantling scaffolding structures safely and efficiently
* Ability and certification for Working at Height
* Understanding of safety protocols, including compliance with TG20:21 and SG4:22 standards
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Experience in managing scaffolding operations for residential, commercial, or industrial projects is a plus
