Position: Marketing Executive
Location: Manchester City Centre (Hybrid - Fridays remote)
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative and driven Marketing Executive to join a young, collaborative, and forward‑thinking tech and retail company based in Manchester. This role is ideal for someone with 1‑2 years of marketing experience who loves bringing ideas to life through design, branding, and engaging content. You'll work across a range of creative projects – from digital campaigns and copywriting to email marketing and brand development – within a supportive and energetic team environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and create on‑brand visuals and assets using Canva and other design tools, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
* Support the planning and execution of multi‑channel marketing campaigns across email, web, and social media.
* Develop and send engaging email campaigns using Mailchimp, helping to drive engagement and conversions.
* Write clear, compelling copy for website content, email newsletters, social media, and promotional materials.
* Assist in maintaining and evolving brand identity across all platforms, ensuring visuals and tone align with the company's style.
* Analyse campaign performance and contribute to continuous improvement through creative insight and data‑driven ideas.
Key Requirements
* 1‑2 years' experience in a marketing or creative role.
* Strong graphic design skills with proven experience using Canva (Adobe Creative Suite experience a bonus).
* Good understanding of branding, tone, and visual consistency.
* Excellent written communication skills with a flair for creative copywriting.
* Experience using Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.
* Collaborative mindset – comfortable working in a fast‑paced, creative environment.
* Eye for detail and passion for delivering visually striking, engaging marketing content.
