We are seeking a highly organised individual who is passionate about supporting the mental and physical health of students of all ages to join our Safeguarding and Wellbeing team as Student First Aid and Medical Needs Coordinator.
The successful applicant will play a key role in supporting the Head of Safeguarding and Wellbeing to deliver an outstanding service for students. They will bring substantial first aid or medical care experience, excellent communication skills, resilience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who can coordinate support for students with medical needs, maintain accurate and up-to-date records, and work effectively with internal teams, families, and external professionals to ensure students receive the care they need. The post-holder will actively promote mental and physical health initiatives across the College, including the use of the College wellbeing app, WISDOM, and will provide training and guidance for staff and governors where appropriate
A core responsibility of this role is to provide first aid for our students and to coordinate and lead the College’s team of first aiders, ensuring a high-quality, responsive service at all times.
