Job Title: Telesales Executive
Job Location: Office-based Monday to Friday with the ability to work hybrid. Office location in Bradford, just off M606.
Key Responsibilities
* Handling inbound and outbound enquiries with no cold calling.
* Taking customer care calls and ensuring satisfaction.
* Chasing and closing outstanding quotes with enthusiasm.
* Assisting field representatives in closing deals.
* Managing our in-house CRM efficiently (full training provided).
* Booking appointments for our field representatives.
Requirements
We’re looking for individuals with proven sales experience and a history of outstanding performance. If you have a positive attitude, a winning spirit, and a keen eye for sales opportunities, we want you on our team!
Compensation And Benefits
* Salary: £24,000-£28,000
* Uncapped Commission: Realistic OTE of £50,000 to £60,000
* Benefits: Private Health Insurance, Company Pension, Employee Assistance Program, Company Laptop
