This is a varied role with a strong focus on residential sales, whilst also supporting the lettings side of the business when required. Valuations experience would be an advantage, however it is by no means essential for the right candidate. The role Managing residential property sales from enquiry through to completion Registering applicants and matching buyers to suitable properties Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers, landlords and tenants Supporting with some lettings duties when needed Assisting with business generation and identifying new opportunities Providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process About you Previous experience within estate agency is essential Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills Well presented, organised and target driven Valuations experience would be beneficial but is not essential Able to work well within a fast paced team environment Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required Working hours Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am to 4pm This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected local agency with an excellent reputation, modern working environment and genuine long term progression potential.
