We are seeking a BE/BC Radiation Oncologist to join a comprehensive cancer care team within a not‑for‑profit health system in southwestern Virginia, providing cutting‑edge radiation oncology services in a highly supported, patient‑focused environment.
Practice Highlights & Environment
* Outpatient radiation oncology practice with coordinated inpatient collaboration as needed
* Average patient volume: ~25 patients under active treatment per day
* Monday–Friday schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
* Strong emphasis on work‑life balance and multidisciplinary team‑based care
* Commission on Cancer‑accredited program committed to high‑quality oncology standards
* Collaborative, multidisciplinary cancer care team with strong referral network across a large regional health system
* Integrated coordination and documentation supported by EPIC EMR

* Varian TrueBeam Linear Accelerator
* Eclipse Treatment Planning System supporting SRS, SBRT, 3D, IMRT, and electron treatments
* ARIA Oncology Information System for integrated patient coordination and workflow
* Advanced imaging capabilities, including a new GE CT scanner with 4D gating system (coming 2025)
