Requirements
* Qualified to 18th Edition standards
* Experience at fault finding
* Experience with reactive repair and maintenance within the residential block sector
* Technical knowledge in lighting and electrical services
* Experience & Knowledge in Inspection and Testing (Qualifications Preference)
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the industry
* Driven, loyal, dynamic, and a team player
* Highly effective verbal communication
* Full clean UK Driving Licence
Responsibilities
* Service & Maintenance of emergency lighting systems
* Reactive Repairs – Small Power & Lighting
* Be able to carry out LED Lighting system upgrades to the best quality
* NIC-EIC Fixed Wire Testing & Remedial & Improvements
* PAT Testing
* Emergency Lighting Repairs, Improvements & Upgrades
* Also be able to carry out Commercial EV Charge point installations when required
* Be punctual, a team player and dependable.
* Carry out works in the most professional and polite manner.
* Always leave each and every site clean, tidy and presentable.
* To ensure that the relevant documentation is fully completed in an accurate and timely manner – including instructions, timesheets, work reports, service reports.
