Are you an experienced HR or OD professional seeking a strategic, impactful role? We are hiring two HR Business Partners to join our Human Resources Organisational Development team, working either 30 hours or full-time.
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting designated areas to achieve strategic goals through coaching and influencing managers and leaders.
* Promoting and integrating the HROD agenda across Beyond Housing.
* Contributing expertise to company-wide projects and leading specific initiatives in the people plan.
Ideal candidates will have current HR legislation knowledge, data analysis skills, and project management experience related to engagement, reward, restructuring, or succession planning. Collaboration with Learning and Development leaders will be key to improving people performance and customer service.
