We’re looking for a bold, commercially sharp Head of Marketing & Sales to take our brand The Original Patty Co to the next level and be apart of an amazing team!
This isn’t a “sit back and strategise” role. You’ll be hands on, drive revenue, launch products, pitch to buyers, lead campaigns and make things happen — from concept to supermarket shelf.
What You’ll Be Doing
Driving Growth
* Own and execute the full brand strategy across retail, digital and B2B
* Analyse sales performance and turn insight into action
* Manage budgets and make sure marketing spend actually delivers ROI
Managing your team
* Winning in Retail
* Pitch new product concepts and commercial proposals to supermarket buyers
* Lead product launches from idea to shelf
* Spot new opportunities for expansion in the UK and internationally
* Building the Brand
* Grow and manage social media channels
* Oversee content creation and campaigns
* Lead PR, partnerships and experiential marketing
* Direct brand identity, packaging and marketing materials
* Managing retail kiosks
Showing Up & Standing Out
* Lead trade shows, exhibitions and industry events
* Deliver memorable product launches
Keeping Standards High
* Oversee site audits and regulatory compliance
* Manage Health & Safety and food hygiene standards
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience growing a brand and driving sales
* Strong retail buyer experience
* Hands‑on leader who gets stuck in
* Commercially minded but creatively driven
* Confident presenting, negotiating and leading projects
* Experience in food/FMCG is a big plus
