As a Caravan General Manager, your responsibilities include:
* Delivering our ‘Caravan of Love’ customer experience with your team, serving food and drinks inspired by our founders’ New Zealand roots and global travels
* Collaborating with your Head Chef to nurture and develop your team
* Continuously developing your own skills and knowledge, taking ownership of your role and restaurant
