This business has scaled rapidly and is now entering its next phase of growth — building out a strategic partner ecosystem to accelerate scale and reach.
This is a brand-new role with huge scope and visibility, where you’ll own the partnerships strategy end-to-end — from identifying and onboarding key alliances to driving joint go-to-market success.
What you’ll be doing
* Build and execute a partnerships strategy to secure and grow high-value alliances.
* Own the end-to-end partner lifecycle — from prospecting and onboarding through activation and enablement.
* Drive co-selling, co-marketing, and joint solution opportunities with technology and consulting partners.
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Growth to align partner goals with business objectives.
* Maintain a quarterly revenue target tied to partner-generated pipeline and influenced ARR.
* Represent the brand at industry events, networks, and conferences.
* Track and report on KPIs, using data to refine and scale partnership impact.
Role Execution & Core Competencies
Execution Basics:
* End-to-End Ownership: Take full responsibility for the partnership lifecycle — identifying, onboarding, activating, and scaling partner relationships, with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
* Pipeline Contribution: Build, manage, and deliver a measurable channel sales pipeline contributing directly to commercial targets.
* Relationship Builder: Act as the commercial bridge between the company and leading tech vendors, consultancies, and ecosystem players, fostering relationships that generate co-marketing and revenue opportunities.
* Go-to-Market Orchestration: Lead collaborative marketing activations and partner campaigns that drive visibility and engagement.
* Autonomous Delivery: Thrive in a fast-paced, founder-led, remote-first culture where independence, accountability, and pace are key.

* Proven Execution: 3+ years’ experience in B2B SaaS, technology, or consulting, with a demonstrable track record of growing commercial partnerships.
