You won't just be managing a couple of testers here, far from it...
You'll get to own the end-to-end quality strategy across their entire platform. You'll get exposure to some really complex systems like data pipelines, ML models, and GenAI validation.
At this business, the QA team are involved in the whole development process, working with shift-left principles and TDD. You'll play a key part in scaling the QA function - building out the team, defining best practices and creating the quality mindset.
Must have experience:
* Senior leadership scaling QA functions
* Testing GenAI-powered systems
* ML validation
* Building automation frameworks
* Data quality engineering
