Our client are a specialist commercial law firm with offices in Liverpool & Chester. With a friendly culture and excellent reputation with their clients, they are now seeking a Commercial Property Legal Secretary to join their fast-growing team.
The Legal Secretary is expected to use a high degree of self-management and initiative. On occasion, the Legal Assistant will be required to provide assistance to other Fee Earners within the Firm.
About the role
Opening, maintaining, and closing files in line with risk management and compliance procedures.
Drafting routine correspondence, statements, and legal documents, including audio and copy typing.
Handling client care, appointments, and communications professionally, both in person and by phone.
